For me, honey has always meant home.

It was the spoonful my grandmother gave me when I was sick, the sweetness stirred into a warm cup of tea, and the jar passed around the table during family meals. I love to cook, and I have always believed that food is one of the most meaningful ways we care for one another.

When I joined Mark at Aquidneck Honey, I was already using our honey and beeswax to make natural skincare products at home. I saw so many possibilities—not just for creating new products, but for sharing the comfort, nostalgia, and feeling of connection that honey has always held for me.

That is where our stories came together.

We both believe honey is more than something sweet. It is part of the small traditions, familiar flavors, and everyday acts of care that make people feel at home.

Bringing Something New to the Table

Today, we are proud to continue the traditions that made Aquidneck Honey special while creating a new chapter of our own.

Alongside our pure, raw honey, we create flavors that feel familiar, comforting, and sometimes wonderfully unexpected. Some are inspired by favorite foods and seasonal memories. Others begin with a customer asking, “Have you ever tried making…?”

We listen, experiment, and keep creating because many of our best ideas begin with the people who gather around our table.

We also share our favorite recipes and simple ways to use honey, helping every jar become part of more breakfasts, family dinners, celebrations, and quiet moments at home.

From the Table to the Whole Home

Our love for the hive now reaches beyond the honey jar.

We continue to find thoughtful ways to use more of what the bees give us—including honey, beeswax, pollen, and propolis. What began with skincare made at home has grown into a collection of natural body care, salves, lip balms, soaps, and candles created to bring the comfort of the hive into your everyday routines.

It is all part of the same story: care for your table, your skin, and your home.

We may be expanding into new products, new communities, and places we once never imagined, but we never want Aquidneck Honey to lose the feeling of a small family business.

We are still the people developing recipes, testing new ideas, packing orders, meeting customers at markets, and reading every suggestion you send us. Your stories, traditions, and favorite flavors continue to shape what we create next.
