Already found the perfect containers for your event? We may be able to fill them with Aquidneck Honey.
Customers can ship or deliver their own jars to us for review and filling. This gives you the freedom to choose a different size, shape or presentation than our standard favor jars.
Customer-provided jar orders receive a personalized quote based on:
- The size and capacity of each jar
- Total honey volume
- Honey variety or flavor
- Quantity
- Filling and handling labor
- Labels or additional customization
- Cleaning, preparation or special handling requirements
Because you are providing the containers, the quote does not include the cost of the glass.
All customer-provided jars and closures must be approved before production begins.

Favor orders generally start at 20 favors. If you need less than that, please fill out our request form and we will do our best to accommodate. For smaller orders, we have creamed honey tasting boxes and 2 oz tasting boxes for purchase on the website.

Yes. Because there is no minimum order, you may purchase a small quantity at the standard per-jar price before finalizing a larger favor order.
Yes, subject to seasonal availability. You may select one available flavor for the entire order, request an assortment or allow us to curate a variety.
Yes. A combination of 2 oz liquid honey and 3 oz creamed honey may be available. Include the approximate quantity of each in your request.
Yes. Personalized event labels may be available for qualifying orders.
Custom labels can include details such as names, an event date, a short message or a company logo. Setup, printing and application costs are quoted separately.
Standard favors 10+ minimum order. Custom-label orders may require a minimum of 50 jars due to design, printing and setup requirements.
Standard favor pricing includes the filled and labeled jar. Individual boxes, bags, ribbons, tags and other presentation elements are not included unless specified in your quote.
We recommend contacting us at least two weeks before your favors are needed for pick up or local delivery, and three weeks for shipped orders.
Orders with custom labels, additional packaging or larger quantities may require four to six weeks. Additional time is recommended during the holiday season.
If your event is sooner, submit a request and we will let you know what is possible.
Yes. We can ship to the event organizer, venue, company or another central destination. Local pickup and coordinated local delivery may also be available.
Shipping is quoted separately based on the number of packages, total weight and destination. Shipping to one central location will generally be more economical than sending jars to multiple addresses.
We can schedule preparation and shipment around your requested delivery window. Carrier transit times may occasionally change, so we recommend allowing additional time before the event.
Once the order details and any custom artwork are approved, we will send an invoice with payment instructions.
Production and inventory are confirmed after the invoice and payment arrangements are completed.
